Oh, hi! I’m Ladyfang – but you can call me Jill. I’m so happy you’re here.
I dreamt up Ladyfang Creative to be not only your favorite branding and website design studio, but your creative safe haven.
A stage for your story. Our whimsical corner of the internet where feminine expression and bold design meet. It’s part art, part intuition, and all heart.
Welcome to where the magic happens.
Ladyfang Creative is your window into the romance of visual branding — a design haven for nostalgic hearts and romantics with big dreams and beautiful taste.
Through thoughtful design, I dress the brands of humble yet fierce creative founders like you in your Sunday best.
To put your best foot forward, you must lead with confidence. The key? With visual branding and web design that mirrors your whimsical spark, and honors your quirks and femininity.
Once upon a time, before I designed dreamy brands and whimsical websites, I was backstage — gluing rhinestones to ballerinas and sweeping blush onto opera singers. These days? The only sticky gems I handle are found on my little cherubs.
You could say I’ve always had a long-standing love affair with the beauty of creating. Each chapter of my life has been lovingly stitched together by art — from costume design and fashion merchandising to painting faces behind the curtain at the Opera.
My canvas has evolved, but the calling remains the same: to make something beautiful and lasting. I have a cherished soft spot for the unpolished creative process — the sketches, the fingerprints, the slow unfolding of an idea. I savor the moments where we peel back the layers of your story to build a brand that reflects your magic.
Lovingly collected. Dusted... sometimes.
Welcome to my Cabinet of Curiosities — a thoughtfully curated collection of my quirks, comforts, oddities and obsessions that shape the way I see the world (and create).
Each piece tells a story. Poke around. Stay a while. The candle's lit, the kettle's brewing and the cabinet's always open for you.
Go on. Click, drag and sift through the drawer to uncover the magic.
The drama. The dresses. The string quartet playing Four Seasons Recomposed as lovers waltz in the rain. Swoon. Bridgerton lives rent-free in my imagination. I may not promenade through Mayfair, but I believe in the power of a perfectly placed detail, reading between the lines, and unfolding a visual story with the beauty, grace and tension of a slow-burn romance.
If I’m Ladyfang, he is surely my Mr Darcy. By day, he runs a record label. By night, he’s part historian, part magpie — collecting antique coins, vintage comics, and anything else humming with history.
Reader, I married him.
One might say my first loves were Charlotte Brontë and Jane Austen. I grew up with my nose tucked between the pages of Jane Eyre and Pride and Prejudice, naturally sparking a lifelong devotion to the beauty of classic literature. Most ardently.
I’ve collected more career costume changes than you could count — from designing dresses to working backstage at the Opera. I’ve always loved the theatre, but it’s the backstage magic — the unglamorous chaos, the coming together of a thousand little details — that’s always called to me.
There’s a romance in noticing things others might miss — the way petals fold, the delicacy of a crooked stem, the scent of rain on garden soil. I’m obsessed with the imperfections of nature and human touch. I collect these tiny details the same way I curate ideas — with curiosity and appreciation.
One single thread of gold tied me to you. Before design took center stage, sewing was my creative outlet. I happily spent late nights stitching dreamy dresses, crafting quirky costumes and bringing fabric to life. Though the machine’s quieter now, I still think in textures, layers, and the delicate art of detail.
My hands may be full these days (often with my little ones and snacks in tow), but there’s something especially meditative about the ritual and intentionality of slow living. A bubbling jar of sourdough starter on the counter, the scent of fresh herbs from the garden, flour-dusted fingers — that’s my kind of quiet poetry. And truly, any hobby that ends in devouring freshly baked bread? I’m here for.
Lovingly collected. Dusted... sometimes.
